MCT Coconut (Cocos Nucifera) Oil, CBD Broad Spectrum Hemp Extract (Cannabidiol, 2400mg / 8%), Peppermint (Mentha Piperita) flavour. Allergens: Linalool, limonene.
Start low and go slow.
Thirty minutes before bedtime, place 6-8 drops under your tongue and hold for sixty seconds. Increase the dosage gradually every evening until you find your ideal dose. Do not exceed a full dropper per day. Shake well before use.
Should you be able to fall asleep easily and wake in the night, you can take our Night Drops then. Take 6-8 drops under your tongue, hold for sixty seconds and relax into a deep sleep. You will not feel groggy in the morning.
