Angela Agrati Prange is one of the most experienced macrobiotic cooks, who has run many restaurants, studied with Cornelia and Herman Aihara, was head chef at the SHA Wellness Clinic, and after 3 years she decided to go back to her home country, Italy.
Today with all her experience, she has perfected a macrobiotic and vegan Italian – Mediterranean cooking style unique to her. She continues experimenting with recipes, adding to the immense range in her repertoire.
