Angela Agrati Prange is one of the most experienced macrobiotic cooks, who has run many restaurants, studied with Cornelia and Herman Aihara, was head chef at the SHA, and after 3 years she decided to go back to her home country, Italy.
Today with all her experience, she has perfected a macrobiotic and vegan Italian – Mediterranean cooking style unique to her. She continues experimenting with recipes, adding to the immense range in her repertoire.
