Changes and/or returns must be made during a maximum period of 30 days from the purchase date. Clothing and accessories items must have their price tags intact. Food items, cosmetics, supplementation and home collection, must be conserved in its original packaging. Only changes and returns of articles that do not show signs of use will be accepted. Due to hygiene reasons, changes and/or returns in underwear, beachwear and jewelry items will not be accepted. Returns will be made in the same form of payment used for the purchase. If the purchase has been made with a bank card, it will be essential to present the original purchase receipt and receipt of the transaction. Shipping return charges are your customer’s responsibility.
